The Hilton hotel was exactly what I expect from a Hilton: clean rooms, though not new, facing Roosevelt. It was a little ways from the pool, but overall, a great stay with a Hilton standard.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms had a bad smell, were very dark, and had unexpected parking fees, but the complimentary breakfast made up for it a bit. The service was exceptional, the location convenient for families, but there were some false advertising issues. The dining experience was standard, and the facilities offered were decent.
The hotel offered a great location and Keurig coffee makers in the rooms, but the damp, moldy smell and prison-like decor were major drawbacks. The service was a mix of unfriendly and incredibly attentive staff. The inviting location with iguanas and chickens was a nice touch, while the dining experience was fantastic with real bacon and a somewhat confusing service setup.
